300hr Yoga Teacher Training

What is a 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training?

Take your teaching and “SELF” awareness to the another level. This training is design to support growth and education on all levels. You will Study anatomy and the poses while contemplating the subtle body and energies. Using nerusocsulpting and IFS (Internal Family System) techniques to clear away limiting beliefs so we can become who we are meant to be. This training not only deepens your knowledge of Yoga but deeps your understanding of Self.

Learn to educate your students about how their bodies function in the poses, teach them to explore the pose and use it to support them on and off the mat.

Understand the anatomy in a way which you can alter all poses speficially to fit the needs of the individual. Also learn how to offer therapeutic adjustments to assist in alleviating pain and offering more freedom.

This training will also offer an opportunity turn in and ask yourself: Who are you? Why are you teaching yoga? How can you become a clear conduit for the teachings. Through Neuroscultping and IFS (Internal Family System) we will investigate what parts are holding us back and strive to clear and integrate those parts so we can become the person we were meant to be.

You will recieve an astrology chart that will reveal what your gift and personalized coaching to enhance them.

Break Down of what will be covered:

First we will investigate the human body and how it functions. Muscles move bones and bones come together to create joints though all joints have a specific way in which they move. We will learn how these joints moves in our bodies and start to read other peoples bodies to support them in modifying the pose for their highest potential.

The BODY - intimate knowledge of human anatomy

Functional Yoga/ Anatomy: 80hrs

Function means to make useful, to have a purpose. To be useful not attractive. In this segment of the training you will learn how to look at the poses through 14 skeletal segments and 10 muscles so you can modify the pose for any student.

Every pose is bad somebody. Learn that due to skeletal variation in our bodies some poses we will never attain and need to be altered for our body to receive benefits. Learn to teach people the poses not teach poses to people.

Material covered:

  • Function and Aesthetics: Understand what the difference between them and why thats important

  • Anatomy including: muscle attachments and their function according to each specific yoga pose

  • Skeletal deviations: explore the concept “EveryBODY is different”  (skeletal anatomy) This will allow you to adapt poses so they are felt and useful for specific individuals.

  • Purpose of pose: In most training you learn how to get into a pose. We will dive under the shape of pose and break down the physical, mental and emotional benefits of common poses learned in a 200hr TT .

Yin Yoga (level I), Yin Yoga (level II) : 80hrs

Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today. Known as the "Quiet Practice," it gently introduces the the idea of relaxation, silence, and stillness to our overly active world and overly stimulated mind and body. In Yin Yoga, postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. Foundations of Yin Training will focus on the physical aspects of this practice. Yin yoga is a practice that compliments all activities. Learn to teach, share, and experience a practice that calms, heals, and revjunates the body.

Yin level II dives deeper into the meridians, chakras, energetic, mental, and emotional body and how to hold space.
